Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WealthDraw ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be a Canadian resident of the age of majority in your province (18+ in most provinces, 19+ in some) and not be a resident of Quebec. You must provide accurate information during registration.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify WealthDraw immediately of any unauthorized access. WealthDraw is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
4. Virtual Currency
WealthCoins and Gold coins are virtual currencies with no cash value. WealthCoins are used for gameplay (draws, predictions). Gold coins are used for cosmetic shop items. No portion of Gold coin purchases constitutes payment for draw entries. Virtual currency is non-refundable except as required by law.
5. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to participate in sweepstakes draws. Free entry options (AMOE) are always available. See our Official Rules for details.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use bots, scripts, or automated tools; (b) create multiple accounts; (c) attempt to manipulate draws or predictions; (d) harass other users; (e) use the platform for any illegal purpose; (f) attempt to circumvent responsible play restrictions.
7. Responsible Play
WealthDraw supports responsible play. You may set spend limits, take cool-off periods, or self-exclude via your account settings. Self-exclusion is immediate and permanent. We reserve the right to implement mandatory limits or close accounts showing signs of problem gambling.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform is owned by WealthDraw Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WealthDraw is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
