Official Contest Rules

WealthDraw upcoming draws ("Draws") are open to legal residents of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry (18 in most provinces, 19 in British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, and Yukon). Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of WealthDraw Inc. and their immediate family members are not eligible.

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your odds of winning. To enter without purchasing, see the Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) described in Section 4.

Each Draw begins on Monday at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and closes on Sunday at 11:59 PM ET ("Draw Period"). WealthDraw reserves the right to modify Draw Periods with reasonable notice posted on the platform.

Paid Entry: Log into your WealthDraw account and spend WealthCoins on a Draw entry. WealthCoins may be earned through free activities (daily check-in, predictions, referrals) or received as part of AMOE. No real money is spent to acquire WealthCoins for free. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE — Free Entry): (a) Online: Visit a Draw page while logged in and click "Enter Free (AMOE)". One free online AMOE entry per Draw per person. (b) Mail-in: Print your full name, email address, date of birth, province of residence, and the specific Draw name on a 3"×5" card. Mail to: WealthDraw AMOE, [Address TBD], Canada. One entry per envelope. Entries must be received by the Draw close date. WealthDraw is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected mail entries.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Draw Period. All entries have an equal chance of winning. Purchasing additional WealthCoins increases the number of entries you can submit, which increases your odds relative to the total pool, but the total pool may also grow.

The prize for each Draw is an investment portfolio of publicly traded Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) as described on the Draw page ("Prize Portfolio"). The prize is awarded as a cash equivalent in Canadian dollars at the portfolio's market value as of the Draw close date, transferred to the winner's verified brokerage account or by cheque. The prize value stated is approximate and subject to market fluctuation. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted except at WealthDraw's sole discretion. All taxes, fees, and charges associated with receipt of the prize are the winner's sole responsibility.

Winners are selected using a provably-fair cryptographic random selection from all eligible entries after the Draw Period closes. The selection algorithm and seed will be published on the platform for independent verification.

The potential winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of selection. The potential winner must respond within 7 days, complete identity verification (KYC), confirm eligibility, and sign a declaration and release. Failure to respond or meet eligibility requirements will result in disqualification and a new winner being selected.

WealthDraw is committed to responsible play. Players may set daily spend limits, take a cool-off period, or self-exclude at any time via the Responsible Play section of their account. Self-exclusion is immediate and permanent. Players experiencing problem gambling can contact ConnexOntario at 1-866-531-2600.

WealthDraw reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any Draw if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Draw. WealthDraw's decisions are final. These rules are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. Any disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario.
